Bank of America is seeking a financial advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions, guiding clients toward financial goals with brokerage and banking products. The role includes triaging leads, referrals to partners, and reviewing goals with clients to build tailored plans.

Requirements include active Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65) licenses and at least 1 year in investments or financial services; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 & 66 licenses; 63 & 65 in lieu of 66 acceptable with condition that the missing series is passed within 60 days.
• Has at least one year experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services.
• Has at least one year experience in financial services and/or a sales environment with goals achieved or exceeded.
• Demonstrates goal setting, relationship building, collaboration, effective communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking/managed solutions.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with clients' goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigates and controls risk in daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or clientele of the financial center.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
