Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) license required.
• 1–2 years financial advisory or investment sales experience.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency required.
• Must be flexible to work a standard shift M-F 9am–9pm ET.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships by anticipating needs and following through on commitments.
• Provide investment, savings and liability management solutions via phone-based advisory.
• Identify prospective clients and welcome new clients to the platform; align Merrill Lynch products and services where appropriate.
• Ensure clear client expectations and smooth transition of Bank of America/Merrill Lynch relationship.
