World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Roland, Oklahoma, to support the Branch Manager in operating the branch and driving growth. You will guide customers toward better financial choices while delivering top-tier service and processing loan applications and payments.

You will prepare loan documents, balance cash, and handle daily deposits. Strong customer relationships and community involvement are essential, along with reliable transportation for branch duties.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and deposits.
• Ability to process loan applications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money to and from the bank.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
