World Finance in Ardmore, Oklahoma is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales and support tax services. This full-time, in-office role requires strong sales, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform loan applications, explain terms, collect documents, handle payments, and assist customers in person. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation in a high-volume, phone-centric environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather documents, and assist customers with tax questions in compliance with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, payments, questions, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, updates, tax docs, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and compliant denials/required tax documentation.
• Handle cash and balance deposits during bank runs and deliveries.
