This full-time role offers a clear path for growth in consumer finance. Based at 2209 I-240 Service Rd, Ste 311, OK 73159, OK, you’ll work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with evenings/peak seasons as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required — training provided.
• Strong communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers through loan guidance.
• Drive sales growth with consultative techniques to upsell and cross-sell.
• Handle inbound calls and proactive outbound outreach to attract business.
• Support delinquency management by working with customers on past-due accounts.
• Learn via hands-on training and mentoring to grow skills.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
