World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively, deliver excellent customer service, and guide customers on financial choices.

The position is on-site in Spring, TX, offering hourly pay of $15 with benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid holidays, vacation time, and volunteer hours. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money to and from the bank.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
