HirePath Network is hiring a Bilingual Financial Advisor, primarily remote with some in-person days in San Diego. You will listen to Spanish-speaking families, explain options in Spanish, and guide them to the right financial protection plans.

No experience is required; the company provides full training and licensing support. Weekly pay, with a first-year average of $65,000–$80,000, based on commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with English a plus.
• No prior experience required and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact families by phone and video to provide information.
• Explain options in Spanish and guide enrollment.
• Recommend the right plan and support enrollment processes.
