Allstate Financial Services - Mariel Nevarez is seeking a sharp, personable Assistant to support a busy financial advisory practice in McAllen, TX. You’ll be the first voice clients hear, keep the calendar on track, and ensure clients feel informed and cared for.

If you excel at communication and staying organized, this role fits you. You’ll handle outbound calls, confirm schedules, gather documents, update the CRM, and assist Spanish-speaking clients.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Professional and warm demeanor with clients.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the advisor's calendar; keep it full and organized.
• Schedule initial appointments with referrals and leads.
• Call clients to arrange reviews and follow-ups.
• Confirm appointments; inform clients of time, place, and documents to bring.
• Follow up on time-sensitive items and open cases.
• Provide client support and update contact details.
• Track appointments and leads in CRM and scheduling tools.
• Assist Spanish-speaking clients in their language.
• Handle confidential client information professionally.
