KEWAZO Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Bilingual Field Service Technician to join our on-site team. You will deliver on-site maintenance, support, and training for our robotics systems, traveling to customer sites as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in field service, strong troubleshooting, and excellent communication in English and Spanish. Flexibility, hands-on mindset, and willingness to travel up to 75% are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.
• 2+ years of field service or technical support experience.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Willing to travel up to 75% domestically, with occasional trips to Canada and Mexico.
• Flexible schedule with possible weekend work.
• Hands-on mentality with electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-site demonstrations and pilot projects.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on robotic systems; diagnose issues.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support and training for customers.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Maintain and service the Houston workshop fleet and equipment.
