Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes across Arizona, including Glendale, Goodyear, Peoria and nearby areas. You’ll earn a base salary plus uncapped commission with top earners reaching six figures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commission and outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Upselling skills to increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport building.
• Valid driver's license; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check and drug screening required.
