Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences in Las Vegas. You’ll engage with customers through scheduled appointments, performing hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery while earning uncapped commissions.

You will need strong negotiation and communication skills, 1+ years in commission/outside sales, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

1+ years of commission/outside sales experience preferred.
Proven success in commission sales and hitting targets.
Proficient in upselling techniques that add value for customers.
Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers daily through scheduled appointments.
Close deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery/resolution of issues.
