AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative in Portland, OR to deliver in-home, customized experiences. You will drive to customer homes, present solutions, and close sales with a focus on service delivery and satisfaction.

This role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and a path to high earnings with performance. Expect a varied schedule including evenings and weekends in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for business use.
