Job summary

VK Capital Ventures Inc. operates Travel Villa Kitchen in Houston and seeks a pool of Survey Takers / Field Researchers to gather honest household data in bilingual outreach. You will work in the Protein Pool program across markets and neighborhoods with careful, respectful methods.

Responsibilities include conducting household surveys, market intercepts with same-day data entry, intake verifications, and documenting field notes clearly. A trust-first approach with SNAP households is essential.

Qualifications

• Houston-based with reliable transport to markets
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred for bilingual publishing
• Trust-first approach when working with SNAP households
• Smartphone data-entry accuracy required
• Background check per house policy for field work

Responsibilities

• Administer the Protein Pool household survey to target ZIP codes with completeness
• Run market-day intercept surveys with same-day data entry
• Complete intake verification calls within our response-time standard
• File structured field notes with anecdotes labeled separately from data
