Job summary

Teufel Landscape is seeking a motivated Field Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish) to support hiring for landscape construction and maintenance across Oregon and Idaho. This is not a traditional office-based role; you will work in the field, attend events, visit branches and jobsites, and build community relationships.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent, manage day-to-day recruiting activities, and travel regularly to support workforce growth across multiple

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or workforce development.
• Experience recruiting for construction or landscaping field-based roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% across Oregon and Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for landscape construction, maintenance, nursery, and operations in Oregon and Idaho.
• Recruit for field-based positions such as laborers, technicians, foremen, operators, and crews.
• Collaborate with division managers and project leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and hiring events; coordinate follow-ups.
• Travel to branch locations, jobsites, colleges, and community events regularly.
• Develop candidate pipelines through outreach and referrals; support onboarding.
