Job summary

AMPAM is seeking an HR Field Recruiter to source, screen, and hire field talent for Northern and Southern California. You will work with VP Field Ops & Area Managers to forecast manpower and ensure staffing meets project needs.

The role requires 3+ years in construction or field recruiting, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, experience with E-Verify/I-9, and strong Excel reporting. Travel across CA is required; commute between office and sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or facilities management.
• Proven success recruiting for field trades including plumbing, HVAC,Electrical.
• Experience with E-Verify, I-9 compliance, and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle bilingual recruitment of field talent for CA locations.
• Source talent, place ads, interview and qualify applicants, and coordinate onboarding.
• Partner with payroll for new hires and benefits packages; manage hiring dashboards.
• Maintain recruiting reports and manpower trackers; present metrics to leadership.
• Attend career fairs and uphold the company brand in the community.
