Job summary

FiduciaryxChange, now part of Ascensus, seeks a detail‑oriented participant services professional in the United States. You will process fiduciary transactions, manage plan sponsor inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation.

You will handle notices, disclosures, and compliance data while maintaining strong controls to prevent fraud. The role requires 2+ years of qualified plan experience, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required.
• At least 2 years of qualified plan experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred? not specified but listed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Completes participant transaction requests
• Responds to Plan Sponsor questions or coordinates with service providers
• Maintains the ATCSF Admin system contact changes
• Ongoing daily monitoring of support and team emails
• Assists in overseeing plan sponsor service requests
• Completes annual and interim notices and disclosures
• Assist with Audit and YE Compliance Data Collection
• Force out monitoring and processing
