Job summary

Ascensus, through AmericanTCS now part of the organization, seeks a Fiduciary Administration professional to support defined contribution plans remotely. You will serve as primary point of contact for plan sponsors and participants and help ensure plan governance in line with ERISA and IRS requirements.

This role sits on a committee that meets weekly to review client plans and oversee annual 5500 filings, plan notices, and annual plan assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting fiduciary governance and plan administration.
• Ability to interpret plan documents and ERISA requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with sponsors and participants.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sponsor and participant questions and requests.
• Assist in servicing accounts and monitoring participant activities.
• Prepare and submit plan-related forms and notices.
• Support 5500 audits and annual plan assessments.
