Brightpoint invites you to join our team of mission-driven staff focused on the educational, social, and emotional needs of early learners and families served by our Family Support Services. The Supervisor provides leadership to a team at Mitzi location and Englewood neighborhood, collaborates with providers, and develops community resource networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Family Services, Family Studies, Human Services, Social Services, Counseling, or related field required.
• Gateway Level 5 Family Specialist Credential required.
• 3 years of experience providing family support services required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required.

Responsabilités

• Administers the Family Service program area for assigned program locations ensuring an integrated comprehensive system of services for children and families.
• Supervises and oversees work tasks and activities of Family Support Services staff to ensure full delivery of integrated services, including personnel actions.
• Provides training, support and guidance to FSS staff to ensure high quality and timely services in compliance with standards and frameworks.
• Ensures collaboration with Site Managers and education, health, ERSEA and other staff.
• Provides training and guidance to parents and community members on family and community partnerships.
• Collaborates with State and community partners to recruit children and families and to enhance family access to services.
