Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, and a high school diploma is the minimum; a bachelor's in a related field is preferred. The position involves managing a caseload of families, developing service plans, and coordinating home visits with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school graduate, or equivalency, with knowledge of parenting skills, early childhood, and case planning practice.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in social work, early childhood, family studies or related field with one year of experience in working with families.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilités

• Manages a maximum weighted caseload of 24, documenting interventions and ensuring timely assessments.
• Works as part of a team and can work independently; obtains pre-approval for after-hours work.
• Establishes a service plan with goals, objectives and activities; reviews plans with families.
• Performs evaluations and child screenings on schedule as per program.
• Maintains timely documentation and records in written English within 48 hours of family contact.
