Job summary

The FAMILY SERVICE AGENCY OF SAN FRANCISCO is looking for a Full-Time Family Support Specialist who will maintain a caseload of around 100 families. This position requires sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds.

The candidate must be bilingual (Spanish/English/Cantonese) and have experience in the social services field. The salary ranges from $30 to $36 per hour based on experience, with health benefits included. This is an onsite role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related experience in social service eligibility and application processing.
• 2 years of experience in data entry.
• Reliability in completion of duties which include deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a family caseload of 100 families and provide service coordination.
• Conduct comprehensive and periodic assessments of family and infant/child needs.
• Develop partnerships to establish communication between community and agency.

Skills

Bilingual in Spanish/English/Cantonese

Strong oral and written communication skills

Attention to detail

Knowledge of Title V, Title 22, Title XVII

Data entry experience

Tools
