Qualifications

AA/AS in Child Development or related field plus 1 year of client casework/case management; Bachelor's degree preferred.
BA/BS in Child Development, Social Science, Psychology, Human Development, or related field with 1 year of casework experience.
Experience in recruitment, eligibility verification, parent orientation and health record maintenance.

Responsibilities

Recruit and enroll children into the program.
Orient parents to comprehensive services including Health, Nutrition, Education, Disabilities, Mental Health, and ERSEA.
Refer families to community resources and ensure effective service coordination.
Maintain health records and document services to families and children.
Collaborate with center staff to meet program timelines and goals.
Transport families to meetings or appointments when necessary.
