The Illinois Association of School Administrators seeks a Family Support Advocate (Family Center) to help implement Birth to Three standards in collaboration with families and staff in Evanston, IL.

The role requires at least 2 years supervising staff and working with families with young children, plus bilingual English/Spanish. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; salary ranges from $35,000 to $40,000 with comprehensive benefits.

• Job related experience is desired.
• At least 2 years experience in supervising staff and working with families with birth-to-eight year old children in the home or the center is required.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (only one required position for Bilingual)
