Job summary

Whatcom Center for Early Learning (WCEL) is seeking a Family Resources Coordinator to lead family-centered ESIT services for children birth to three. You will coordinate intake, eligibility, evaluation, enrollment and transition, and work closely with the PSP team to develop IFSPs.

Spanish and English bilingual communication is highly preferred, and you will engage families, partners, and communities, ensuring timely support and data integrity in ESIT systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• FRC credentialing through ESIT/DCYF preferred.
• Experience in or with home visiting; personal experience with infants/toddlers with special health care needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, eligibility, evaluation, enrollment, and transition for ESIT services.
• Develop and review IFSPs with families and PSP team.
• Maintain ESIT data records and ensure confidentiality.
