Job summary

Whatcom Center for Early Learning (WCEL) is hiring a Family Resources Coordinator to design and coordinate comprehensive, family-centered early support services for infants and toddlers. You will partner with families to implement ESIT programs from birth to three, aligning with IDEA-Part C and WCEL guidelines.

Primary duties include intake coordination, IFSP development, and collaboration with PSP and community partners to promote positive child outcomes.

Qualifications

Verbal communication proficiency in Spanish and English highly preferred.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the intake, eligibility, evaluation, enrollment, and transition process for ESIT services.
Develop and review Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) with families.
Collaborate with the PSP team and community partners to support families.
Maintain ESIT data systems and ensure compliance with program regulations.
