The position features a predictable clinic schedule, a ramping patient panel, and a base salary starting at $260,000 with a quality bonus of up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred.
• Comfort with relationship-based, value-focused primary care.
• Open to physicians at any experience level.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary care services with longer visits (60 minutes for new patients, 30 minutes established).
• Manage chronic diseases in seniors with a focus on value-based outcomes.
• Contribute to team-based care with in-clinic resources and support staff.
• Participate in a clinic with a panel growth plan and steady demand.
