Curative in the North Houston area seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a primary care role in Aldine, TX. The position emphasizes longer visits, strong clinical support, and value-based outcomes.

You’ll join a team of 3 physicians and 3 NPs, with MA, scribe, and RN support, plus in-house services and a light call schedule. Base salary starts at $260,000 with a quality bonus up to 20%, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred.
• Relationship-based, value-focused primary care for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch primary care with longer visits (60 minutes new, 30 minutes established).
• Collaborate with an employed group of 3 physicians and 3 NPs, supported by MA, scribe, and RN.
• Leverage in-house resources and focus on continuity of care and chronic disease management in seniors.
