Job Description

NO REMOTE WORK - On site 8 hours a day (8:30am - 5:30pm OR 9:00am - 6:00pm shift due to property's needs)

Sterling Personnel is seeking an energetic, outgoing Bilingual Spanish Leasing Specialist to show and lease apartments in North Dallas. Preferred candidates have 6 months to 1 year of leasing experience. Must maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, punctuality, and presence. Strong sales skills are required, with the ability to close deals. The position pays $17.00 - $20.00 per hour plus bonuses, health insurance, and PTO once permanent.

Summary: Show and lease apartments to prospective residents and initiate marketing efforts to local businesses and merchants.

Essential Duties:

• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for showings; maintain a clean and orderly work and office environment; ensure curb appeal of the property.
• Thorough understanding of lease terms, community policies, and specifications.
• Effective telephone and sales techniques knowledge.
• Stay informed about current market conditions, rental rates, property features, and amenities.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses; update informational materials periodically.
• Research and compare competitive properties regularly.
• Develop knowledge of application procedures, screening processes, and rental policies.
• Conduct outreach marketing at least once weekly.
• Implement and maintain resident retention programs under the Property Manager's guidance.
• Maintain accurate resident and property files.
• Process administrative forms, reports, and related information efficiently and promptly.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.

Requirements: No felonies or misdemeanors related to theft or assault.
