Compass Group USA's ESFM division seeks a Housekeeping Service Manager to oversee EVS operations, drive customer service, and supervise staff during a 2:00 pm–10:30 pm shift (Sun–Thu). Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with strong leadership, scheduling, and QA ownership.

Salary is between $68,000 and $70,000 with a potential bonus; benefits are provided. Responsibilities include recruiting, project planning, safety compliance, and daily equipment management.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff with a participative approach.
• Understanding of budgeting and P&L concepts.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a high level of cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Recruitment and staff scheduling support.
• Assigns work areas and projects; plans and coordinates.
• Attends departmental meetings and training courses.
• Monitors guidance and motivation to employees; QA participation.
• Operates with required safety equipment and interprets chemical handling.
• Assists housekeepers as needed and performs other duties.
