Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee support services operations within healthcare facilities. You will coordinate frontline associates and act as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver high-quality service.

The role includes coordinating staffing, establishing standards, and supervising housekeeping and support staff to meet facility goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service related field with high customer contact.
• Bilingual English & Spanish; ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities in changing, stressful environments.
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards and annually review procedures for staff.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assist in hiring processes, interviewing and training new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct inspections and make facility recommendations.
• Monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provide staff education and continuous training.
• Communicate with staff, administration and other departments.
• Coordinate outside services ( Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Waste, etc.).
