Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in adult education, training or office setting required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and administrative support to the ESOL Program.
• Coordinate student intake, registration, and placement testing logistics.
• Check member eligibility and provide accurate information about ESOL programs.
• Maintain student records and update database accurately.

Skills

Bilingual in Spanish

Excellent organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication

Basic skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel
