Qualifikationen

• College hours for Title I campus required or a score of 464 on the ParaPro test.
• College hours, high school diploma or GED required for Non-Title I campus.
• Paraprofessional aide certificate required once employed.
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
• Spanish oral and written fluency preferred.
• Ability to work with students and staff.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with core content-area teachers to support EB students' needs.
• Facilitate targeted small group instruction based on language proficiency.
• Implement ESL program model in line with policies for EB students.
• Administer oral and written tests as needed, rotation at EL Testing Center.
• Maintain student confidentiality.
• Participate in professional learning for EB language instruction.
