The role involves closing residential and commercial escrows, reviewing documents, and coordinating with title companies, lenders, and clients.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least three years of title/escrow experience, with signing authority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years title/escrow experience.
• Signing authority is a must.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• High-level multitasking and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring residential and commercial escrows to a close.
• Read closing instructions and balance file.
• Prepare documents for closing, recording, and issuing all checks.
• Contact title company, lenders, and customers with questions and issues to resolve.
• Receive closing packages from notary signers.
• Review closing documents for accuracy and send out funding documents.
• Handle the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions.
• Review title to confirm liens are released, or the appropriate documentation is received.
• Prepares title policy and reviews recordings for accuracy and forwards the complete file to the County Recorder or internal Recording Department.
