Cinter Technology Services in Torrance, CA is seeking an ERP Consultant to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and ongoing optimizations. You will work with business teams to gather requirements, configure and test ERP modules, and provide end-user training across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.

Formación

• Some experience with ERP systems, business applications, IT support, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of business processes such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, or Inventory Management.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support ERP implementation projects across multiple business functions
• Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements
• Help configure, test, and maintain ERP modules
• Provide end-user training and day-to-day system support
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with senior consultants and technical teams to resolve them
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency
