Qualifications

• 2+ years of ERP implementation or consulting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, AX, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business users.
• Excellent customer service and project management skills.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or service industry knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, or AX ERP systems.
• Analyze clients' business processes and gather system requirements.
• Configure ERP solutions, perform testing, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live support.
• Assist in developing custom ERP solutions and system integrations.
• Provide implementation consulting and ongoing customer support.
• Participate in client presentations, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver successful ERP implementations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
