Sawgrass Equipment is expanding with a new Lakeland, FL location. We are a family-owned dealer offering Sawgrass line of tractors, mowers, and construction equipment.

This role focuses on bilingual sales leadership, customer-first service, and building lasting relationships with local clients. The position involves in-person customer interactions, demos, quotes, and coordination with management on trade-ins and pricing.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of compact agriculture and construction equipment.
• Bilingual; ability to communicate with customers in Spanish.
• Experience with negotiation and pricing.
• Proven lead generation skills through cold calling, networking, or events.
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and sales pipeline.
• Ability to close deals and finalize agreements.

Responsibilities

• Actively sell Sawgrass equipment lineup including tractors, mowers, attachments, and construction equipment.
• Evaluate trade-ins and prepare fair offers with management approval.
• Ensure accurate sale pricing tags and paperwork is submitted promptly.
• Provide quotes and demonstrate equipment capabilities to customers.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming sales lot/showroom.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and generate new sales opportunities.
