Aerotek is seeking a bilingual entry-level recruiter to attract and screen candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement roles. You will build recruiting resources, conduct screenings, and participate in networking events to promote Aerotek.
The role emphasizes documentation, reporting, and using Aerotek systems. Fluency in English and Spanish is required and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Let’s talk money and perks!
Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $50,000 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of up to $10,000. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000.
