5th HQ is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities for our meat and poultry products. You will ensure efficient, safe, and timely delivery to supermarkets and retailers.

The ideal candidate has experience in food distribution and strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory control. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, with leadership skills to manage a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee dailywarehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.

• Familiarity with cold storage and perishable goods handling.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with supermarket or retail food distribution.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, USDA, FDA, or similar).
