East West Hospitality is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for Snowmass Mountain Lodging to lead the afternoon/evening engineering team. You will supervise 4-5 Maintenance Technicians, provide hands-on training on building systems, safety, and guest service standards, and oversee daily operations during peak hours.

The role requires strong English/Spanish communication, a proactive leadership style, and the ability to coordinate with hotel operations to maintain property reliability and guest

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish for training, coaching, and daily direction.
• Experience supervising a small crew of technicians in a maintenance or hospitality setting.
• Solid knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and mentor a bilingual team of 4-5 Maintenance Technicians.
• Provide hands-on training in building maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and guest service standards.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate operational priorities.
• Monitor workload distribution and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
