Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring a bilingual Energy Sales Specialist to promote Reliant electricity plans at retail locations, including Walmart in Mission, TX. You will engage customers, assess energy needs, present solutions, and guide them to enroll. The role offers paid training, uncapped commissions, and rapid growth within a high-energy team.

Earn $1,000-$1,350 per week on average, with top performers up to $2,500 weekly. Benefits include health, PTO, and a company-matched 401k.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
