Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience providing EMR training and support in a healthcare environment (required)
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations (preferred)
• Proven ability to deliver engaging EMR training and provide ongoing technical/user support (required)
• Familiarity with value-based care concepts and documentation requirements (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams) and travel to centers for trainings
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to clinical, administrative, and technical audiences
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple training and support requests across locations
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• EMR Training Delivery: Deliver role-based training to ensure staff understand how to use the EMR in alignment with care coordination and documentation standards.
• Technical Support: Provide timely, hands-on support to frontline users, resolve issues, and escalate barriers.
• System Implementation: Support EMR implementation and upgrades, coordinate user onboarding and go-live assistance.
• User Adoption and Optimization: Collaborate on initiatives to improve user experience and streamline documentation.
• User Engagement and Communication: Develop communications and guidance to reinforce best practices and EMR value.
