Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one employment counseling and case management to clients to prepare, find, and retain employment.
• Conduct job readiness activities including resume writing, practice interviews, and job applications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of referral resources and services to support clients.
• Document services and outcomes in Salesforce and generate required reports.
• Analyze data to ensure client goals are met and progress is tracked.
