The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, a bachelor’s degree, and 3-5 years in HR or employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years in HR, employee relations, labor relations, or related fields.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders through complex workplace situations.
• Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confidentiality.
• Bilingual/multilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred for multilingual roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted consultant to leaders on performance, conduct, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct thorough, objective investigations into policy issues and misconduct.
• Coach leaders on employee relations best practices and outcomes.
• Identify trends and risks and partner with leaders to address them.
• Develop and deliver performance improvement plans and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of employee relations matters.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights to improve retention.
• Review and process religious accommodation requests.
• Assist leadership in responding to workplace emergencies and sensitive situations.
• Represent the company in unemployment claims when required.
