Job summary

Pella Corporation in Fort Worth, TX (3rd shift) seeks a Bilingual Employee Relations Partner (English/Spanish) to serve as trusted advisor to leaders and help foster a culture of respect, accountability, and belonging across sites.

The role conducts investigations, coaches leaders, identifies risks, and develops performance plans while maintaining confidential records; also handles religious accommodations and unemployment claims. Multisite experience and Oracle HRIS exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of human resources, employee relations, labor relations, or related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through complex workplace situations.
• Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant to leaders on employee performance, conduct, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct thorough and objective investigations involving policy concerns, workplace conflicts, and allegations of misconduct.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders at all levels on employee relations best practices.
• Partner with leaders to proactively identify and address employee relations trends and risks.
• Support the development and delivery of performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and other performance management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation related to employee relations matters.
• Conduct exit interviews and share key insights to help improve retention and employee experience.
• Review and process religious accommodation requests.
• Assist leadership in responding to workplace emergencies, threats, and other sensitive employee situations.
• Represent the company in unemployment claims as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related HR certification.

• Bilingual/multilingual communication skills (for multilingual-designated roles).
