Job summary

Pella Corporation seeks an Employee Relations Partner (Bilingual English/Spanish) to advise leaders across the organization on employee relations matters and to conduct thorough investigations while supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace. This role supports 3rd shift in multiple US locations, including Gettysburg, PA, and other sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in HR, employee relations, or related field.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders through complex situations.
• Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; discretion and confidentiality.
• Preferred: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR or similar certification; multi-site manufacturing experience; multilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted consultant to leaders on employee performance, conduct, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct thorough, objective investigations into policy concerns and misconduct allegations.
• Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations best practices.
• Identify trends and risks; partner with leaders to address them proactively.
• Support development and delivery of performance improvement plans and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of employee relations cases.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights to improve retention and experience.
• Review and process religious accommodations when needed.
• Assist leadership in responding to workplace emergencies and sensitive situations.
• Represent the company in unemployment claims as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of human resources, employee relations, labor relations, or related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through complex workplace situations.
• Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related HR certification.
• Experience supporting employee relations in a multi-site or manufacturing environment.
• Oracle HRIS experience.
• Bilingual/multilingual communication skills (for multilingual-designated roles).
