Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a patient advocate by meeting with patients in-person to assess eligibility.
• Engage patients via phone outreach to facilitate cooperation.
• Guide patients through application processes for financial assistance programs.
• Collaborate as a liaison between patients, hospital staff, and government agencies.
• Manage a high case load effectively while meeting productivity expectations.
