Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum and accommodate individual differences
• Plan and use varied instructional strategies, activities, and materials for diverse learners
• Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula per IEPs
• Work with staff to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods
• Supervise and coordinate instructional aides and volunteers
• Conduct ongoing assessment of student achievement
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with parents, students, and colleagues
