Responsabilités

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to district curriculum with written preparation evidence.
• Plan and use diverse instructional strategies, activities, materials, equipment, and technology according to TEA guidelines.
• Conduct ongoing assessment of student learning styles and plan instructional activities.
• Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula per IEP guidelines.
• Work with staff to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods.
• Plan and assign work to instructional aides and volunteers and oversee completion.
• Be a positive role model and support the school district mission.
• Assess student achievement via formal and informal methods.
• Support extracurricular activities as assigned and sponsor approved activities.
• Create a conducive classroom environment and manage behavior per Student Code of Conduct.
• Establish professional communication with parents, students, colleagues, and community.
• Engage in staff development to improve job-related skills.
