La Causa, Inc. Charter School in Milwaukee is seeking an Elementary School Teacher to join our instructional team. You will plan, organize, and deliver standards-aligned instruction, supporting both monolingual and bilingual English/Spanish classrooms.

You will use data to differentiate learning and foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. For bilingual positions, all responsibilities must be performed in both English and Spanish, including curriculum delivery and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Valid Wisconsin DPI Teaching License or Emergency License eligibility
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency for bilingual roles
• Strong classroom management and organization
• Knowledge of Common Core Standards
• Experience supporting English Language Learners (ELLs) preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
