Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 5-8 years of experience.
• Experience in safety program planning and OSHA compliance.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.
• Plan and implement programs to train managers and employees in work site safety practices, fire prevention, and handling of chemicals and other materials.
• Lead the investigation of accidents and injuries and cooperate in the preparation of material and evidence for hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.
• Oversee the administration of workers' compensation program, including working with the insurance carrier to reduce employee lost time.
