Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual EHS Supervisor in California to lead safety training and EHS initiatives. The role focuses on hazard prevention, OSHA compliance, and environmental health activities across sites.

The candidate will develop and implement health and safety programs, ensure regulatory adherence, and work with teams to reach safety goals. Travel to worksites may be required; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental safety, occupational safety, or a related scientific field is required.
• Master’s degree in health physics or industrial hygiene is often preferred.
• Experience with regulatory requirements for the state of employment is preferred.
• Experience training groups and interacting with employees, clients, and regulatory personnel.

Responsibilities

• Routinely manage classroom and on-site safety training programs.
• Ensure all employees receive the appropriate safety training for their work.
• Investigate and monitor accidents and incidents involving safety issues and non-compliance.
• Lead incident response policy development, training, and implementation.
• Inspect work areas, equipment, and processes for safety and compliance.
• Support on-site safety programs and emergency management.
